"In educational information to promote the modernization of education" is the world’s co-educational reform and development trend of China and also vigorously develop vocational education an important measure。In recent years, the construction of educational information for a series of policies which strengthen school teaching management information system construction, building of vocational education at all levels of data collection and analysis of surveillance system has become in recent years, vocational education reform and development of important one of the work. Compared undergraduate, vocational colleges and secondary schools, vocational schools information construction started late, and because of geographical, economic, educational resources, etc. reasons, the development of vocational schools in the country has been uneven, most schools did not realize the information currently management. School leaders can not grasp the real state of our work, educational administrative departments understand each school teaching data are lagging behind, after processing, incomplete data, the natural understanding of authentic leadership is not conducive to teaching and promptly analyze and solve problems, for management decisions, formulate development strategies based on the lack of objective data. How to effectively solve these problems, is placed in the education authorities and school leaders in front of the problem.First of all, vocational education KPI data collection and decision support system construction and development of the significance of a brief introduction and presents existing data acquisition system problems identified SOA architecture based vocational education and KPI data acquisition system construction and analysis of the overall framework of the system and the use of SOA architecture to create a feasible scheme of the system, and then carried out a detailed study of the system needs analysis, and according to specific needs, combined with the school-side data collection, school-side data decision analysis, the provincial side data collection, the provincial side data decision analysis detailed design of several subsystems and compare the merits of various existing technologies, determine the specific techniques used in the system and the system mode.
