The first chapter of this article by the introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references, appendices and other components. Introduced Ke Er Qin Zuo Yi Hou Qi Chao Lu Tu town and Chao Lu Tu town of Junior High School, based on the condition of the DPRK conducted Lu spit town junior high extracurricular activities questionnaires and interviews on the actual situation of doing activities analysis.The second chapter of questionnaires and interviews done on the basis of the results of the analysis for the preparatory group work intervention extracurricular activities. The main theoretical basis for the group to carry out the work of the group theory, cognitive behavioral theory, the theoretical advantage of three theoretical perspectives, group work undertaken to promote opportunities for schools to effectively carry out extra-curricular activities for the overall development of students, but also to improve the teachers’ extracurricular concern and understanding of events. Through the process of group activities and results of the assessment team has learned to carry out activities to achieve the desired goal of raising the school teachers’ awareness of and emphasis on extra-curricular activities, while helping teachers to explore their own potential and advantages inextracurricular activities, after the end of group activities the schoolextracurricular activities constitute guidance, a small core organization and leadership team.
