With the great development of secondary vocational education, vocational education teachers team construction is increasingly become one of the hottest issues, which take a lot of concern by the theory and practice of community. How to improve the secondary vocational education teachers’ pre-service training, promote pedagogical, technical and academic, higher vocational and technical teacher education colleges are facing a problem.Based on secondary vocational education teachers’ pre-service training, and the research object is the Pattern of teachers training for Secondary Vocational School. the main purpose of the study is to make pedagogical, technical and academic organic fusion, to cultivate the high quality, professional first-class faculty for secondary vocational and technical education.Literature method, comparative method and survey method are using in this paper. First of all, through the survey found that in the process of secondary vocational education teacher training, there exists problems such as promoting academic, weakening technical; pedagogical and technical are separated; pedagogical academic debate over. and then analysis the three characteristics separation form both history and reality terms. Secondly, analyzed the American "open" vocational education teacher training mode, the German "dual phase + two state examination" vocational education teacher training mode, the "three sections of fusion, three parties involved in" vocational education teacher training mode, Japan’s " double degree " mode and China’s existing vocational education teacher training mode,and sum up experience,Points out that the shortcomings.Finally, on the basis analysis and summary of outstanding experience, this paper construct the Pattern of teacher training for Secondary Vocational School from the perspective of three characteristics in one. And put forward concrete suggestions from the diversification of training, curriculum integration, the real integration teaching mode and evaluation of comprehensive four aspects.Education dream is the cornerstone to realize China’s dream, and education dream can not be realized without first-class teacher team. so to speak, the construction of a high-quality professional vocational education teachers is the fundamental guarantee to promote the scientific development of secondary vocational education. This research is hoped to offer help for secondary vocational education teachers team construction and the enlightenment.
