In China, the development of the vocational education is the important foundation of social economic development.The entire social economy is greatly influenced by the vocational education. It undertakes the task to cultivate hundreds of millions of highly qualified technological skilled talents.Since entering The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline,China’s economy is just at the structural adjustment of the crucial period. The new economic development situation has put forward new requirements to secondary vocational education in the aspect of teaching quality. However, the improvement of the teaching quality can’t be realized without a number of specialized teachers who are sufficient in number, reasonable in structure and has noble ethics and perfect skills.Especially the information technology professional for its professional knowledge and skills update quickly, it is particularly important for the class specialized teachers to update their professional theories and improve the practical skills and teaching ability. However, due to the influence of many factors, specialized teachers’quality has become the main bottleneck to the development of the secondary vocational education in our country. Therefore, the study of professional teacher training of vocational school has a very important practical significance.In this paper, through investigation and literature research method, by analyzing the theories and policies of specialized teachers’ in-service training in the secondary vocational school,the author carried on the questionnaire and interview survey for the specialized teachers’ training content,method, effectiveness and so on, then, discussed the cause of the problems for the specialized teachers’ in-service training in the secondary vocational school.At the end, the author put forward four strategies of solving the problem for the specialized teachers’ in-service training in the secondary vocational school:to transform the concept of the specialized teachers’in-service training;to strengthen the system of the specialized teachers’ in-service training;to protect the guarantee mechanism of the specialized teachers’in-service training;to improve the assessment system of specialized teachers’in-service training.
