At present,various training organizations have successively built different training modes and achieved certain results.However,these training modes are for all secondary vocational teachers,mainly based on general education and lack of pertinence.Such a training mode is difficult to meet the needs of the professional development of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers.Therefore,constructing a training mode for Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers is urgently needed to promote the professional development of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers.This study uses the literature research method to analyze the existing training mode of Chongqing secondary vocational teachers.Using the questionnaire survey method,the status quo and training needs of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers are investigated.Based on this,taking into account the factors of government,school and other factors,from the training concept,training objectives,training content,training instructors,training forms,training time,training effects,the training mode for Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers was constructed.And made recommendations for the implementation of this training mode.This paper mainly studies from the following four parts:The first part,the introduction.Through reviewing various books and literature related to teacher training,the themes,ideas and basic contents of this research were determined.By searching relevant literatures at home and abroad,the research trends of the training mode of secondary vocational teachers were summarized and summarized.Innovation provides theoretical support.The second part is the analysis of the existing training mode of Chongqing secondary vocational teachers.Through literatures,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Chongqing's existing training mode in the training process of secondary vocational tourism service teachers,and provides ideas for the construction of new mode.The third part is a questionnaire survey on the training of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers.Detailed questionnaire preparation andinvestigation process,and then use the relevant software to process the recovered data.Through the analysis of the data,the problems and reasons of the training of the secondary vocational tourism service teachers in Chongqing were found out,and the training needs of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers were learned.The fourth part is to build a training mode for Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers.Based on the analysis of the existing training mode of Chongqing secondary vocational teachers and the current situation and training needs of Chongqing secondary vocational tourism service teachers,the training will be built from the aspects of training concept,training objectives,training content,training instructors,training forms,training time and training effects.Modes and recommendations for the implementation of training modes.
