The development of the students’ learning initiative has become one of the themes of today’s education. In classroom teaching, teachers often use to promote students’ thinking and exploration, so as to develop students’ initiative. Therefore, the question has become the main way of interactive communication between teachers and students in classroom teaching. However, in practice, teachers’ teaching effect.One of the important reasons is that teachers’ questions and scattered, not systematic,thus affecting the students’ understanding of knowledge and the development of thinking. Therefore, how to design a high quality problem of interlocking, step by step, become the key to effective teaching. At present, many scholars on the theory,principle, type of chain, strategy and other aspects of the study, but the practice is relatively weak, especially the design of chain teaching. Research on the chain design and empirical case is relatively scarce. In this study, the theoretical basis and practical basis, follow the general idea of instructional design, development and practice of chemistry teaching cases focus on the problem of chain. Research on high school chemistry dynamics related content as the carrier, the new class and review class two class type to design a series of chain teaching case, taking Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, a high school in a class of 43 students as the object, has carried on the teaching practice. At the same time, the collected data through questionnaires,tests, interviews, observation and other methods, the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of test case teaching.The study found that, the problems in the development of chain of chemical teaching cases used in chemistry classroom, students’ participation can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learning, stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve students,enhance interaction between teachers and students, promote students understand chemistry knowledge, chemistry learning achievement, improve the optimization of chemical classroom teaching practice. This research has further enriched the problems in the practice of teaching case teaching process chain, and the development of the chemistry teachers effective design chain and chain teachingissues provide a useful reference.
