With the development of science and technology, hardware and software systems become more powerful. Hardware equipment shows the characteristics of miniaturization, high storage and high speed, and the relevant software system also has the rapid development. Then new learning style is emerging. Making learners, especially students, is no longer confined to the classroom. Learners can study anytime and anywhere, using the fragmentation time.In the micro learning process, the learning material is micro courseware. Therefore in the process of learning, the design quality of micro courseware determines the learners’ learning efficiency. At present, some scholars have made preliminary research on courseware, and relevant research results are obtained. But they are not enough, the research achievement is still relatively scarce, and fewer scholars focus on micro courseware design activities. But the number of scholars is on the rise, the situation is optimistic.On this basis, the author combine learning activities theory with the cognitive load theory, using literature research, classroom observation, students talking and questionnaire research method, with the current hardware equipment. In order to explore the learning activity design scheme of micro courseware and the specific process, which based on mobile device environment, and working out the feasible design principles of courseware under the learning activities theory. They also give subsequent scholars some references in the research of micro courseware learning. The first chapter of this article states the main current research situation of the micro courseware and the relevance design of the micro courseware activities, as well as the research method adopted in the process of research. The start of this chapter is the researchers’ basic understandings. It offers ideas for the subsequent researchers, and explains the significance of the study. The second chapter is to introduce the relevant learning theory, briefly describes its important role in micro learning and applicable characteristics. The third chapter is sorting out several related concepts, including the origin of the concept of the source, and defining the scope and instructions. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is stated the concrete research process, including the analysis of the micro courseware activities design principle, students’ learning situation investigation, the implementation of the final steps and results of analysis.In the final analysis results, this method of design learning activities greatly improves the students’ learning interest and learning efficiency. If the learning content more than the load of learning requirements in learning activity, the students will feel hard, or students will lose interest, there is no learning effect. The design of learning load in activities equals to the strength of the students, the students can meet the learning efficiency. Interest is an effective method to increase the related cognitive load. So only designing good learning activities is able to make learning effective.
