Badminton is a sports of skill oriented, athletes must have temporal and spatial perception ability and good fine motor control ability. In the process of learning and training in badminton, for technical improvement on the one hand from the technical mastery; on the one hand from the special physical quality. The wrist joint is an important link in the badminton technique, aiming at the wrist strength training should be run through the learning and training of badminton. In the badminton technique, especially the forehand serve the lofty ball technology is a core skill. In this paper, through the experimental method, the wrist body feeling and strength changes during the experiment and change service level as the research object, the experimental results were analyzed and discussed, the conclusion, for badminton special quality on the wrist strength exercises provide methods and theoretical basis.The badminton serving technology, requires the player to the specified line to the badminton rules or regulations point area. High requirements for athletes special physical quality to have a good "ball sense", in the wrist joint of badminton action role if the light, on the one hand wrist muscle strength to meet certain requirements; hand wrist to a full range of flexible and accurate. By grouping the experimental object, the experimental group to the wrist strength training for eight weeks, while the control group had no strength training requirements, measurement of the object body wrist sensory and muscle strength and service level, the comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment, the test data before and after the between the two groups in the test of the test data, draw the following conclusions:1.After eight weeks of wrist strength training, the experimental group of wrist joint proprioception is effectively improved, embodied in the wrist action on test results.2.After eight weeks of wrist strength training, the experimental group of wrist joint strength is significantly improved, compared with the control group, mainly in the wrist extensor strength increase.3. After eight weeks of wrist strength training, the experimental group service technical level has been greatly improved, mainly reflected in the service excellence rate, good rate and greatly reduce the failure rate, indicating that the stability of the experimental group increased, the error rate reduction of service; no control group of wrist joint muscle strength training, technical service to improve the level of embodied in the passing level increased significantly.4.Using the elastic band exercise of wrist joint muscle strength, can produce a variable resistance exercise, exercise time is short, the effect is good, the use is simple and easy to carry, but for more complex load quantification.
