Objective This thesis has done a research on the change of proprioception's position sense in different locations under the tread stretch with surface electromyography technology when lower limb joints was going to make repeat testing of the closed-chain active position sense. At the same time, through this technology and the sensory organization test of balance to made a deep discussion for balance in the role of proprioception . All researches were done in the hope of providing some references for the future assessment of sports injuries and sports rehabilitation.Method This thesis made use of Netherlands, monitored rehab systems with lower extremity monitoring rehabilitation training system for the lower limb joints in flexion, semi-flexion, straight position to assess the position sense, as well as collecting the EMG of muscles around the knee when lower limb has tread stretch . Besides, this thesis has a test about the ability of balance under different disturbance by the American SPORTSKAT dynamic balance instrument, making a discussion about how to maintain a balance in the process of the various sensory systems by collecting benefits side of surface electromyography of muscles around the trunk and ankle joint.Result (1) There exist no significant differences in the in healthy young, flexion semi-flexion and the position sense of straight locations (p>0.05);(2) There are significant differences in the eyes-closed state before and after the position sense(p<0.01);(3) Surface EMG RMS values show similar changes with the position sensory, but there is no significant correlation between the values of the JPS and surface-EMG RMSm (p> 0.05); (4) There are few differences in the front and back side of the center gravity sloshing when the healthy youth maintain the equilibrium, but there are still significant differences between left and right side (p<0.05);(5) The proprioception makes up approximately 50.52% factors which maintain the equilibrium. ?(6) Head extension and the Spherical flat have great influence on the human body postural balance(p<0.01).Conlusions: (1) There are no significant difference in the position sense of the healthy youth lower limb multi-joint position of the tread stretch ;(2) The central memory has great impact on the test results of position sense, and the EMG indicator can't make an evaluation on the joint position sense, but to a certain extent can explain the changes mechanism of position sense; (3) Proprioception plays a leading role in the maintaining balance of static posture, and the effects of various receptors of the"balanced triple"change frequently, which exist a complex mechanism of central regulation; (4) In static balance, head extension has an obvious disturbing effect on the vestibular organ, but in dynamic balance, it has a weaker disturbing effect.
