Research objective:This study use experimental research methods,to study the impact of ankle stability training on the balance ability of female art candidates in sports dance.The objective is to explore the impact of ankle stability training on the body balance ability of female art candidates in sports dance;Explore the methods of ankle stability training and evaluation methods of balance ability applicable to sports dance teaching;Explore training methods to enhance the balance ability of sports dance art candidates,help students improve their balance ability under unstable conditions,and thereby promote the improvement of sports dance specific technical abilities.Research methods:By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study explores the influence of ankle stability training on the balance ability of female dancers.According to the purpose and needs of the study,33 female students from the first grade of Chuzhou School affiliated to Nanjing Normal University were recruited as the experimental objects,and divided into experimental group 1,which was trained in ankle muscle strength after the basic classroom teaching of sports dance;Experimental group 2 received ankle joint muscle strength plus proprioception(ankle joint synthesis)training after the basic classroom teaching of sports dance;The control group received routine physical fitness training after the basic classroom teaching of sports dance.Before the experiment,the basic physical condition and balance ability of the three groups of subjects were tested,and after the experiment,the balance ability and special technical ability of the three groups of subjects were tested,and the experimental ratio was 3*2.All the data are analyzed by statistical methods,and the research conclusions are summarized.Research conclusion:(1)Static balance ability:After 12 weeks of training in different ways,the physical static balance ability of female art candidates for sports dance in senior one has been improved,with the training effect ranking from large to small:ankle muscle strength plus proprioception mode is greater than ankle muscle strength training than conventional physical fitness training.(2)Dynamic balance ability:After 12 weeks of training in different ways,the physical dynamic balance ability of the female art candidates for dance sports in the senior year has been improved,with the training effect ranking from large to small:ankle muscle strength plus proprioception mode is greater than ankle muscle strength training than conventional physical fitness training.(3)Special technical ability:After 12 weeks of training in different ways,the special technical ability of the female art candidates for dance sports in the senior year has been improved,with the training effect ranking from large to small:ankle muscle strength plus proprioception mode is greater than ankle muscle strength training than conventional physical fitness training.
