The new round curriculum reform has been promoting more from2009in Hubei province,it brings great change in the teaching method and learning style.The implementation of new curriculum is mainly depended on the teachers.For many years,the researchers have studied the new curriculum mainly from student learning perspective.The teachers,as implementers of the new curriculum,did not receive the attention to their personal aspirations.The study on teachers should be given more attention during the implementation of new curriculum.CBAM,a model for implementation of the new curriculum,originated from abroad.The localization of the mode is developing for mang years.At the same time,the mode after localization can provide more accurate and scientific support to the implementation of the new curriculum when it meets the problems of teachers’ training,studies,cooperation and doubts.The advanced research theory of new curriculum implementation on teachers has been absorbed and drew in this paper.The research is under the background of new curriculum with the research methods of modern scientific measurement models and concerned means.High school teacher’s attention and implementation level of the new curriculum has been measured with CBAM.This paper is mainly focused on figuring out the problems about understanding the concept of the new curriculum of high school teachers,significance and problems in implementation on the basis of investigation and observation for high school teachers through questionnaires and interviews survey.Based on it,it figures out the level of attention and implementation phase of high school teachers in the new curriculum and analyses its problems and causes,to explore countermeasures.In this paper,issues are identified from the teacher’s seniority,professional title,characters and other aspects perspectives and the exact problems are pointed out.It provides some basis and method for implementation of new curriculum by high school teachers.It promotes teachers’concerns about the new curriculum and implementation levels by adjusting the goals,increasing training practices,enhancing cooperation and so on,to analyze the causes of problems and actively explore countermeasures.Finally,the teachers of other related issues in the implementation of the new curriculum has been outlined,and further enrich research.Research should also be emphasis on application in practice,rather than a theoretical study,this study also need to practice in the implementation of the new curriculum studies conducted to further test and improve.
