The curriculum reform which was put into effect formally in 2001, makes our education take on a new look. And after a period of implementation, investigation of the curriculum reform effect is more meaningful. As an evaluation tools of curriculum implementation degree, CBAM theory can not only evaluate the curriculum implementation status, but also study the related factors(not only including teachers, but also including the principal intervention forces, such as headmaster, managers) effectively. It is a relatively mature theory and model to evaluate the degree of curriculum implementation.In this paper, with the examples of Guiyang 21 middle school, adopting the CBAM theory as a research tool, we explore the status of implementation of junior high school curriculum reform. From the perspective of stage of concern and the level of the implementation, this research respectively using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the implementation of the curriculum reform. So can discover the existing problems and thus put forward the corresponding solution strategies.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction part, it elaborated the background and significance of this research, and the related research at home and abroad on this question. It also includes the research design in this paper.The second part is the empirical research part of this article. The research use the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, to explore the present situation of the implementation of curriculum reform, and get the conclusion. Teachers put the highest attention to the operation stage. They also care personalized and information a lot. At the same time, they put the least attention to the result. Novice teachers' curriculum reform implementation level is almost in mechanization stage, while the young and middle-aged teachers have become the refinement users. Few teachers can achieve integration even the renewal stage. So, the implementation of the curriculum reform stage lags behind that of the concern stage.In the third part, we summarize the achievement of curriculum reform, including six parts: teachers' increasing concern on the information of curriculum reform, teachers pay more attention to the operation stage, teachers focus on students' experience, the number and kinds of curriculum resource increase gradually, teachers pay more attention to the development of the students' comprehensive quality, at the same time, good campus culture atmosphere informs inch by inch.The fourth part analyses the existing problems during the process of implementing curriculum reform, mainly from six aspects: the lack of curriculum resource development, the severe absence of deep change in teaching methods, the unfitting teacher training system, the difficulties in carrying out the evaluation system, the campus culture construction still needs to be improved, the weakness of school-based teaching research.The fifth part aims at solving the problems which is typical in the process of the reform and implementation. Considering the reality of the school, it put forward the relevant improvement strategies, in order to promote the implementation of the curriculum reform of the school: strengthening the construction of curriculum resource, improving teaching methods, enhancing the quality of training, consummating the evaluation system, creating a nice cultural environment, strengthening the school-based teaching and research.The sixth part includes the conclusion of the research as well as the problems to be solved in the follow-up studies.
