The curriculum implementation is an important part of the curriculum, andteachers play a critical role in curriculum implementation. Therefore, the new roundcurriculum reform in China means a new mission to the teachers, only when they updatetheir education concepts, change the teaching behavior, the new curriculum would getthe real sense of implementation.Based on the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM), this paper made aresearch of the curriculum implementation on the8th Curriculum Reform in China inhigh schools, and reflects the status of it by the research materials from questionnairesand interviews among the high school’s teachers in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province.The paper falls into several parts, such as introduction, overview of CBAM,research design and methodology, research results and analysis, comments and proposedstrategy. Based on the analyzing and discussing the qualitative and quantitative data, theresearch result shows that the stages of concern and the levels of use in curriculumimplementation at high schools are different from teachers and schools. To the highschool teachers, their focus concen is the influence that the curriculum reform will betaken to students, and their level of use the new curriculum implementation is normaluse. By analyzing the problems, the author puts forward several strategies to promote anefficient implementation of the new curriculum in high schools.
