Simulation Research Based On Social Networking For Social Crisis Decision Dissemination

The development of science and technology not only accelerate the flow of material but also promote the rapid dissemination of information, so that globalization is an inevitable trend of modern society. Social networking is accompanied by the development of information technology and the emergence of new Internet phenomenon and the mode of transmission. They have direct impact on the traditional channels of information dissemination. At the same time they have put forward a new challenge to the manager’s control ability on public opinion guidance.Social crisis is an ancient social phenomenon, and the development of information and communication technology has spawned a new trend, namely social crisis spread widely through the network channels within the community. Communication in the Information Age social crisis has far more effect on the breadth, speed and depth combined with traditional conditions, especially the rise of social networks, so that this new crisis communication channels beyond time and space limitations. This new trend compresses the response time of managers, puts forward higher requirements for the emergency managers, so study the spread of social networking under conditions of social crisis has highlighted the practical significance.Firstly, the basic theory of network science to social networks and social networking services related concepts are discussed, at the same time, the apply the theory, especially related concepts, indicators and models of complex networks are described and discussed in the system. Secondly, the crisis definition, the process and mechanism of the crisis, and the development of crisis are discussed in this paper on the basis of the theory of management, communication, sociology and psychology.On the basis of a comprehensive discussion of previous theories, the paper cite Sina Weibo as an example, collect relevant data, construct Weibo users topological model by analyzing the software and verify its structural characteristic. The results show that the structure of the group of Weibo users in line with the "small world" network and the characteristics of scale-free networks, and apply the basic theory of complex networks. At the same time, on the basis of combing classical information model the KIR model is put forward, and the model is simulated, and has verified the above theory.Finally, the author summarized the current status of the management of social network, and put forward the current inadequacies. To solve these problems the author proposed systematic suggestions from the macro, meso and micro levels for reference.
