Research On Intervention Of Social Work In The Student Administration Of Disabled Vocational School

With the rapid development of social economy in our country，the state pay moreattention to the development of vocational education，especially the development of disabledvocational education．Disabled vocational school shoulders the duty of cultivating disabledstudents．But in the background of social diversity，the student’s work of disabled vocationalschool has exposed many drawbacks．In order to construct the people’s satisfied school，perform the duties of function andmission，carry forward the humanitarian spirit，help disabled students establish the scienceconcept and skills to cope with life，it is necessary to introduce the social work and to researchon involvement of social work in the student administration of disabled vocational school．In this study，the Disabled Vocational School of Shaanxi Province is taken as the objectof study．The involvement of social work is taken as the breakthrough point．This paper usesthe method of literature，questionnaire and interview．It mainly studies the students workingstatus of the disabled vocational school，the superiority of involvement of social work to thestudent administration，the path of involvement of social work in the student administration ofthe school and the ways to improve．Based on the study，this paper choose the path that “the two methods” of social workinterve “the three requirements” of disabled students． The two mathods are case social workand group social work．The three requirements are general demand，special demand andimproval demand. In addition，this paper put forward that student worker should transformateas social worker，and inclusive education should be Infiltrated in the practice of social work，to promote the localization process of social work in the field of disabled vocational school．...
