As one of the countries with the largest number of disabled people in the world, the daily care of the disabled has always been the focus and focus of intense attention from all walks of life.As the life expectancy of the disabled increases, the age of the caregivers for the disabled also increases.More and more caregivers are or have already entered the old age stage or even the advanced age stage, forming a special phenomenon of the elderly taking care of their disabled children or grandchildren in reverse. At present,China has not established a perfect social security system to face the disabled group, coupled with "aging" and "disabled" families exist multiple problems, compared with other families,"elderly" families are more prone to crisis in the care of life. Therefore,it is an urgent task and an important link to promote the healthy development of society to help families with "elderly, nursing and disabled" ease the care crisis and improve the attention and support from all sectors of society.Based on the above background, this paper takes the whole family of "supporting the aged and disabled" as the research object, and defines the family of "supporting the aged and disabled" as the family care mode in which elderly parents over 60 years old take care of disabled children or grandchildren who do not have complete independent living ability. This paper mainly adopts the field research method, mainly adopts the case study method to carry out the research, and specifically adopts the participant observation method and the interview method to collect the data.First of all,8 families with "elderly support and disability" in C District of J City were selected for in-depth interviews.Through the analysis of the interview contents,it was found that families with "elderly support and disability" were faced with economic, physiological and psychological difficulties in the process of providing and receiving care services.Secondly, one of the most typical and representative families was selected as the object of case work intervention among the 8 families with "elderly and disabled".Guided by the ecosystem theory and combined with the micro, meso and macro system environment of the family, intervention was carried out from the level of individual, family and social support, trying to help the client alleviate the family care crisis. In the process of intervention, social workers and clients establish a good professional relationship, and jointly develop service objectives and plans.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and needs of the client’s family care, methods such as psychological counseling and meaning reconstruction, linking resources and respite services, network building and active counseling are adopted to help the client’s family effectively alleviate the current care crisis. Finally, through the summary, evaluation and reflection of the process and results of casework intervention, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further solve the crisis of family care for the elderly and the disabled.Based on this,in view of the current situation and needs of family care for the elderly and the disabled, and with reference to domestic and foreign experience in solving the problem, creatively combined with case work to intervene in the family care crisis services for the elderly and the disabled,it is believed that in order to effectively alleviate the family care crisis and cultivate sustainable family care services,First,it is necessary to strengthen family functions by close emotional communication inside and outside the family.Second,it is necessary to clarify the value of care by correctly examining the crisis of family care for the elderly and the disabled.Third,it is necessary to help the families with the elderly and the disabled improve their family resilience through diverse support from all walks of life.
