The sum of all the members of the campus culture is the campus in life together to createand the formation of stable ideology, behavior and attitude toward life. Good campus culturecan influence character by environment to cultivate students’ sentiment, promote the student’sown quality, and can directly influence the improvement and adjustment of social culture, theenvironment. The status and role of the construction of campus culture in the school teachingwork has received the unprecedented attention and affirmation.In today’s social development change rapidly, the development of the society has putforward higher requirements to the talent, the space more and more small development ofVocational schools. In the face of this situation, the secondary vocational school should beconstructed with the characteristics of the times, with secondary characteristics of campusculture, to adapt to the trend of the development of vocational education, so as to obtain thebigger development space.This paper present situation of campus culture in secondary vocational schools wereanalyzed, and put forward the best state of the construction of campus culture in vocationalschools can reach should be: reflect the intense euphoria effect and the education effect,highlights the convergence and openness, highlight the distinctive features of the occupation,embody the innovation and the spirit of the times, has obvious compatibility. And on thisbasis, reveals the construction of campus culture in secondary vocational schools still exist thefollowing problems: lack of secondary characteristics of campus culture construction, and aserious shortage of inputs, a single method for campus culture construction, campus cultureconstruction of the lack of humanistic context. Since then, the causes of the above problemsthis paper conducted a comprehensive analysis, namely the construction of main force ofvocational campus culture is not comprehensive enough, a serious shortage of inputs, theconstruction of campus culture of secondary vocational school’s theory is not deep and otherfactors, which restrict the construction of campus culture in secondary vocational schoolsdevelop in depth. At the same time, this thesis proposes to strengthen the construction ofcampus culture from the following ways: to occupation characteristics for the goal of theconstruction of campus culture, campus culture concept in secondary vocational school must have a timeliness, into the creative and the richness of the campus cultural activities invocational school, pay attention to the natural factors in the construction of campus cultureand humanistic factors; integration the enterprise culture as the foundation, with the students’employment as the navigation target; further deepen the theoretical research of secondaryvocational school in the construction of campus culture.
