In recent years, in the national attention, our country has been the rapid development ofoccupation education. In2006the State Council issued the "decision of the State Council" onthe development of occupation education, the report of the17th Party Congress clearlypointed out that "the development of occupation education, improve the quality of highereducation", eighteen report again "to speed up the development of modern occupationeducation, promote higher education connotation development", the new climax developmentoccupation education.Through extensive literature review, we know that, medium occupation schools areresponsible for society and enterprise culture in production, service, management ofprofessional, skilled, practical talents, it is to serve the production for the mission, takingemployment as the main guide, people-oriented, pioneering and innovative, to contribute theirpower for the development of regional economy. While the culture of secondary vocationalschool based on the characteristics of vocational schools, and is closely related to the idea ofrunning a school, rules and regulations, teaching style, is a unique culture formed in the longprocess of development of secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schoolsreflects the level, value orientation and characteristics of running.At present, research on the construction of school culture is mainly concentrated in themiddle and primary schools, rare for cultural construction in secondary school books andreports. In China, compared with the "school culture", the most talked about, know the mostmay be the "campus culture". Through research, found it very clearly,"the connotation ofschool culture" than the "campus culture" is more abundant, the scope is more extensive,more in-depth research depth. Therefore, we suggest that, in the "school culture" research, to alot of research "school culture", the gradual conversion from the "campus culture" research"school culture" research, the representative of Yu Guoliang’s "new" school culture, schoolculture ", Zhao Zhongjian’s" King Yan Feng "school culture construction practical template"Beijing City, Chaoyang District, Hunan Province, Chenzhou City, Jiangsu Province, a middleschool in Wuxi City, on behalf of the school.In the construction of school culture of all kinds of like a raging fire in the project, wemust soberly realize, at present, research attention of scholars, experts generally focus on primary and secondary schools and universities school culture, the study of culturalconstruction in secondary school is not enough attention, there are many problems on fewer,less reference papers, research is not enough depth, lack of system, independent researchmethod and system, is also a lack of extensive application in the actual development of theschool. In this paper, through the in-depth investigation of the X of Weihai city occupationschool culture construction, from the aspects of the construction of spiritual culture, theschool system culture construction, material culture construction, puts forward somesuggestions for improvement of the cultural construction of secondary vocational school.
