Basketball is the skill dominated game against the project, averaged over a longperiod of time, the basketball players the ability to have higher quality requirements.The basketball athlete in the competition not only needs to have good physicalreserves, but also have good body resistance ability. This movement is to rapidlychanging as the soul, tech as the means, the speed force for security, for the purpose ofshooting. Basketball as a direct confrontation of the project, for the athlete’sendurance quality requirements are very high, especially the special endurance closelyintegrated with the basketball movement is more important. As the basic enduranceathlete physical, vital for athletes in strong against tactical role, is one of the keyfactors for the outcome of the game. No special endurance quality good as the basis,all technical and tactical training will not have good results; the team also cannotachieve the excellent sport achievement. Therefore, the past to basketball athlete’sendurance training with general endurance training instead of specific endurancetraining, pay more attention to running training, the lack of change, there is nospecific endurance training method, with no special features and the athlete’s owncharacteristics to set reasonable. Endurance training this traditional mode has beenunable to meet the needs of modern basketball fitness training.The current women’s basketball to the development of "man" is an inevitable trend,which makes the whole game throughout the whole process, attack and defense ismore intense, the conversion faster, the intensity of the game more. Therefore putforward higher requirements on the athletes’ physical quality. China women’sbasketball and the world basketball teams of the gap is self-evident, the Chinesewomen’s basketball team in the material are physical condition wonderful good youngplant, how to make these excellent ones get scientific training in the initial stage ofprofessional can, which requires in the youth team training period, not only to lay afoundation in technology, we should pay more attention on physical and lay a solidfoundation, especially the physical training of special, not the physical training andendurance training and aerobic exercise mixer. However, at present our country fortraining special endurance youth women’s basketball attention degree is not high, forresearch and training special endurance of basketball rules, skills, also need to befurther deepened, the training method is simple, and special training generalseparation So, before strengthening basketball specific endurance training, to fullyunderstand the characteristics and rules of women’s basketball specific endurancetraining, and find out the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding solutionsand then to youth women’s basketball special endurance training.In this paper, the high intensity intermittent training and endurance trainingcombined, design and system suitable for women’s basketball athlete’s training plan,through the summer in practice, to explore the effects of high intensity intermittenttraining of young basketball players. On the basis of Shandong youth basketballplayers in their own conditions summarized specific endurance training model for theyoung basketball players, can provide some theoretical basis for the study ofShandong youth basketball future specific endurance training and related. The arrangement of training is three times a week of special physical training class, every1.5to2hours, including specific endurance training is about30to45minutes.
