Notice requires that all local educationadministrative departments responsible for teacher training, the use of physicaleducation, extracurricular activities time and holidays, organizing students to carryout various forms of the campus football activities and games, and is responsible forthe team to attend elementary school, junior high school, high school and collegelevel4football league. The Chinese football association, the ministry of educationalso jointly develop the campus football development10years planning, establish andimprove the level4football league, cultivate all-round development, special featuresoutstanding juvenile football reserve talent, the real implementation of comrade dengxiaoping once said "football to grab from baby" goal. The "green shoots" in the planof Chinese football, the national first batch of441470primary schools and776secondary schools of the city’s home and away "the campus football", start.This article USES the literature material method, expert interview method, logicanalysis of the4areas inside city of Qingdao32schools to carry out the campusfootball activities by field survey and analysis the following conclusions:1. The implementation of the campus football program for the primary andsecondary schools football activities had a positive effect, in charge of theleadership, teachers’ active participation in, many students like and is willing todevoted to the sport, but really participate in the campus football and the number of campus football, there is still a gap between the requirements of the plan.2. Qingdao city middle and primary school football curriculum and to carry out theinsufficient standard, football class time is too little, some schools because of thelimitation of field, teacher factors, such as no football courses teaching; Soccer orfootball experience less percentage of teachers, a high level of football coachesless, to a large extent hindered the implementation of the campus footballprogram.3. Parents of football cognition affects the enthusiasm of students to participate inthe campus football activities, funds input, the rationality of the competitionsystem, the degree of social concern, football atmosphere build, safety rules andregulations sound and so on are we facing and urgently needs to solve theproblem.4. Perfect the healthy development of the countermeasures of Qingdao city middleand primary school campus football: increase funding for the campus footballactivities; To strengthen the campus football all kinds of personnel training,improve the overall level of football teachers; Specification of primary andsecondary schools football course construction, enrich students participate infootball the way; Enhance social awareness, solve the contradictions betweenlearning, in order to promote our country football back training modetransformation, promote suitable to the actual situation of Qingdao city carried outthe campus football activities.
