In the process of the growth of children and teenagers’development, intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors involved, with the development of human education practice, prove non-intelligence factor is the inherent driving force of the development of intelligence and ability, in the role of children and teenagers’ life and grow increasingly highlight, and become one of the main aspects of modern society competition for talent, to strengthen the development of children and teenagers’ non-intelligence factors and culture also become education and an important hot spot of society. But what kind of activities, methods, or ways to choose non-intelligence factors of children and teenagers’ training is a theoretical problem, is also a realistic problem. This research in the study, on the basis of predecessors’ research results, think of children and teenagers’ chess education teaching practice can the positive and effective training children’s young non-intelligence factors.This research takes the education experiment method, field observation method, interview method, literature method, logical analysis. Selected the Zhejiang Linan Dan mirror chess training for primary school is about to18of grade three students as experimental group, also select the same grade and the experimental group is almost the same in all respects not learn chess18students as control group, to ensure that two sets of independent factor under the condition of equilibrium, in the experimental group for a year chess education teaching training, adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative method to learn chess one year before and after the non-intelligence factor change tracking research, comparing with control group a year non-intelligence factors analysis. The following conclusions:(1) All kinds of non-intelligence factors except (personality) and non-intelligence factor overall level there are significant differences, and learn chess will not affect children and teenagers’ academic achievement;(2) Except non-intelligence factors of the experimental group (personality) and non-intelligence factor overall levels are increased, Children and teenagers’ only the overall level of non-intelligence factors are improved,to play a good role in promoting the overall quality;(3) Of all the children learn chess non-intelligence factors except (personality) and non-intelligence factors overall level has significantly improved, Most children young chess player to establish harmonious relationship with teachers, students, parents, training effect is good.
