This research uses the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method for induction stage of the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers vocational adaptability for empirical research.1.Based on the teachers’ occupational adaptation theory as the main basis, combining with the characteristics of the work in the physical education teachers of primary and secondary school physical education teachers and others scale, and on the premise of open questionnaire and interview, the induction phase of the construction of new primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional adaptability theory model, and to prepare the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers in stage of career adaptability scale, the scale by the ability to adapt to the teaching, the school environment to adapt to the work, interpersonal adaptation, psychological adapt to four dimensions, and has good reliability and validity.2.Includes the new physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools vocational adaptability scale for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in fujian province for investigation and study, the results are as follows:(1) the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional to adapt to the overall level is average. Psychological adaptation is relatively low, which is working under below average level; Teaching ability to adapt to, the school environmental adaptation, interpersonal adaptation in the average level.(2) the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional adaptability of different sex all dimensions exist significant difference.(3) marriage ability to adapt to the new physical education teachers in primary and middle school teaching, the school environment to adapt to exist significant differences.(4) different class size of the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers, teaching ability, interpersonal relationship school environment adapt to exist significant difference. (5) different psychological teaching experience of the new primary and secondary school physical education teachers, school environment to adapt to highly significant difference exists.(6) in different types of primary and middle school’s new school physical education teachers to interpersonal relationship and school environment adapt to highly significant difference.
