In order to promote the professional development of teachers,the state has issued a series of policies and regulations related to teachers’ post vocational education,thus it can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the post vocational education of PE teachers.The primary and secondary school PE teachers are an important part of the teachers’ team in China.However,there are some problems in the post vocational education of PE Teachers: the leadership does not pay attention to sports,the funds are not guaranteed,the regular training is not formed,the training time is not reasonable and the pertinence is not strong.Therefore,improving the level of post employment education and promoting the professionalization of primary and secondary school physical education teachers are extremely important.In this paper,165 primary and secondary school teachers in primary and middle schools in Xi’an are selected as the investigation object by the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview.The post job education of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xi’an is studied in the view of teacher specialization.Through understanding the basic situation and specialization of the primary and middle school physical education teachers in Xi’an,we clearly understand the professional level of teachers,master the basic status of post vocational education for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xi’an City,analyze the problems and influence factors in the process of post job education for primary and secondary school PE teachers in Xi’an,and put forward suitable sports for primary and secondary school sports in Xi’an.Suggestions on the professional development of teachers’ post job education.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.1.the gender,age and teaching age structure of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an are relatively reasonable,and the proportion of young teachers is relatively large.2.the majority of Xi’an primary and secondary school physical education teachers are undergraduate,there are some college and secondary school education,the graduate degree is relatively small,the lack of high-level talents;professional title structure is the first,intermediate,senior less,and part of the lack of title.3.the physical quality of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xi’an is good,and basically has professional learning experience and has obtained the certificate of teacher qualification.Some sports teachers are responsible for other courses or administrative business while taking on sports work.4.the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xi’an are not very good at mastering the education and educational psychology.They have good knowledge of sports professional knowledge and related skills,and the content and form of professional evaluation need to be improved.5.there are various forms of post vocational education organization for primary and secondary school PE teachers in Xi’an,and the distribution is relatively reasonable;most of the education funds and welfare benefits are guaranteed,and the methods of assessment and evaluation of effect need to be strengthened.6.the content of post secondary education of primary and secondary school teachers in Xi’an is more comprehensive.Each level involves different contents.7.the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xi’an have a strong awareness of post job education.The main purpose of participating in post vocational education is to improve the level of teaching and training;the importance of leadership and time work arrangements have become the key reasons for the post vocational education in this area,and the importance of leadership also affects the quality of post vocational education.
