As an important part of human social adaptation,the professional adaptability of teacher is the inevitable process for the new special post teachers to enter the job.It is the result of continuous coordination between individuals and occupations.At present,the particularity of the work of the new special post teachers in rural primary schools and the hardship of their working environment affect the vocational adaptability level of new special post teachers and the quality of rural education in some degree,thus restricting the implementation of the "special post teachers" plan.The new special post teachers are the new force of the rural teachers,injecting fresh blood into the rural basic education and contributing a powerful force to the development of rural education.In order to further improve the professional adaptability of new special post teachers and the status quo of rural primary education.In this paper,literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to investigate the occupational status and existing problem of 256 new special post teachers in rural primary schools in Guizhou Province.The related factors that affect the professional adaptability of new special post teachers in rural primary schools were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions from relevant education departments,vocational schools,family and friends,and new special post teachers themselves were present to further improve the vocational adaptation level of the new special post teachers in rural primary schools.This paper contains five parts:Part I: Introduction.The reasons for the of selection the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of related concepts,the research status at home and abroad,and the research contents and methods were introduced.Part ?: The research of the measurement standards and dimension connotation of teachers' occupational adaptability.According to the research literature and the academic research of the predecessors,the occupational adaptability measurement standards were interpreted in detail,and the occupational adaptability was divided into four dimensions: occupational ability adaptation,occupational cognitive adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,occupational environment adaptation.Part ?: The status quo of the research on vocational adaptability of new special post teachers in rural primary schools.It mainly includes the preparation of the preliminary data and the analysis of the later data.Part IV: Problems and influencing factors of vocational adaptability of new special post teachers in rural primary schools.Through the analysis of the status quo and interviews,the main problems of the professional adaptability of new special post teachers were showed: lack of firm professional belief and enthusiasm;uncertainty of future planning and unplanned daily life;communication with parents is more difficult;the leadership relationship is alienated;the school environment adapts to difficulties;heavy working pressure;dissatisfaction with wages;lack of teaching ability;insufficient knowledge reserves.The factors affecting the professional adaptability of new special post teachers were analyzed from both internal and external aspects.Part ?: Conclusions and suggestions.In general,the vocational adaptability of new special post teachers in rural primary schools in Guizhou Province is well.Based on the analysis of existing problems and influencing factors,some suggestions were put forward to improve the vocational adaptability of new special post teachers: Relevant departments should improve the salary guarantee mechanism for special post teachers and strengthen the supervision of "special post teachers policy plan";Vocational schools should optimize the working environment,improve economic treatment and living conditions,enhance the sense of belonging and responsibility of the campus environment,and strengthen friendly relations among colleagues;parents and friends should give care and support,new special post teachers should make early preparation for entry,improve correct professional awareness,adjust awareness of independent development,coordinate the state of psychological development,and make future plans,establish the concept of lifelong learning.
