For sports fitness service industry, the perceived quality is the needs of customer’s pursuit of value, customer quality perception will be a fitness club customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of the catalyst, therefore perceived quality become fitness club, a new value orientation.Because of the perceived quality of the domestic market to provide enough attention in a timely manner, based on customer perceived quality satisfaction research is few and far between. Selection of quanzhou city fitness club as the research object, aims to delve into the fitness club worldwide in the form of customer requirements and targeted for customers to create higher satisfaction.Meet customer demand, to the fitness industry in our country provide certain value of perceived quality and perceived quality satisfaction based on different aspects.Analysis theory for testing and appraising customers’satisfaction degree in exploring health club, compiled based on the cognitive perspective by evaluation scale, and using the scale of quanzhou city fitness club customer satisfaction level analysis of the status quo, analysis of existing problems, improve customer satisfaction strategy is put forward.The main research conclusion as follows:1, based on the cognitive perspective of quanzhou city fitness club four dimensions of customer satisfaction are as follows:fitness club brand satisfaction service quality satisfaction, health club, health club, health club facilities environment satisfaction effect satisfaction.Scale for internal and external validity is good, and the scale has good structure validity and content validity;2, relatively more female member fitness club;Higher proportion of members in the higher education, especially the bachelor’s degree of membership;18to35years old of middle-aged and young members of the subject;The strongest medium income population fitness consciousness;3, different people is difference for the fitness club satisfaction;Female member satisfaction is higher than male members;Member satisfaction high cultural level is low;18to35years old age group people for the club’s brand image and project quality satisfaction is relatively low;Monthly income in2000-5000yuan of crowd’s satisfaction is low.4, club members to the club project environmental satisfaction recognition in the high quality and facilities, brand image and service effect two aspects need to strengthen satisfaction;5, improve customer satisfaction based on perceived quality of quanzhou city health club’s specific strategy is:(1) to promote the image of fitness club brand awareness;(2) build fitness club classic brand project;(3) optimization of club management system;(4) the establishment of a corresponding security policy.
