Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous and rapid development of China’s economic level,people’s quality of life has been improved.Due to the gradual increase of the average national income level,people’s consumption level also continues to rise,and relatively more free time is available.The increase in income and free time makes more and more people start to pay attention to physical exercise and healthy lifestyles.In the big context of the times,fitness exercise has an increasing impact on people’s lives,and a healthy lifestyle is an important part of national fitness.People’s urgent need for physical exercise has led to the gradual expansion of sports consumers,which in turn has led to the development of related sports industries.At the same time,a variety of health clubs are emerging to provide services for the public’s fitness needs.In order to better play the function of fitness clubs in the context of the construction of a strong sports country,this paper uses research methods such as literature,questionnaire data,model analysis,field survey,interview and discussion,and mathematical and statistical methods based on customer satisfaction theory and IPA model,and draws the following conclusions.First,as a representative high-end fitness club in Tianjin,Whyte Woolf Fitness Club in Tianjin has been recognized by relatively satisfied customers.Second,the analysis results of the IPA model show that the projects that fall in the superior area are the advantages of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club.It needs continuous follow-up and cannot be slack in the follow-up operation;the projects that fall in the maintenance area only need to maintain the status quo.There is no need to increase investment in order for the club to use its funds reasonably;projects that fall in the opportunity zone are an important factor for the Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club to enhance its competitiveness and attractiveness,and it is to achieve dislocation competition and breakthroughs.An important selling point of the club’s operation of the Red Sea;the projects that fall in the improvement zone,for the management and promotion of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club,need to be emphasized and improved.Based on the above research results,this article proposes strategies to improve the customer satisfaction of Tianjin Whyte Woolf: First,enrich the fitness products of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club;second,improve the fitness environment of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club;third,improve the fitness of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club Environment;the fourth is to improve the quality of service personnel of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club;the fifth is to optimize the after-sales recovery capacity of Tianjin Whyte Woolf Fitness Club.
