Study objective: This study investigated the relationship between daily pace and risk factors for cardiovascular disease in people aged 40-79 years, and explored whether daily pace can be used as a predictor of cardiovascular disease and as a safe,cost-effective intervention to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.Research methods:(1)A total of 574 effective data were measured, including 239 males and 335 females.(2)Questionnaires were surveyed through basic information questionnaires, general health check questionnaires, and internationally accepted physical activity questionnaires.(3)The experimenter measured the body weight, height, body composition, waist circumference and hip circumference according to a unified test method.(4)Collect fasting blood of the subjects. The test indicators include fasting blood glucose, blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,HDLC,LDLC),apolipoprotein-AI(Apo-AI),and apolipoprotein-B(Apo-B).(5)The subject passed the 9-meter test interval at the usual walking speed. The researcher opened the watch at the moment when the subject passed the 3-meter long pre-escape zone, recorded the time through 6 meters, recorded three times, and averaged.(6)The sample size was divided into age group(10 years old)and gender(M/F).Correlation analysis between cardiovascular disease risk factors and daily pace was analyzed by spearman correlation, and age, smoking history and family history.Make corrections. The analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 software, and the significance level was P<0.05.Results:(1)Triglyceride levels in M4(men over 70 years old)and F4(women over 70 years old)(M4(r=-0.36,P=0.034;r'=-0.036,P=0.041);F4(r=-0.39,P=0.029;r'=-0.34,P=0.039)),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level(M4(r=-0.54,P=0.001;r'=-0.050,P=0.005));F4(r=-0.48,P=0.035;r'=-0.47,P=0.049))has a negative correlation with daily pace, and the correlation coefficient increases with age.(2)There was a correlation between the physical activity level of the M4 group and the daily pace(r'=0.53,P=0.022);the level of physical activity between the F3 and F4 groups was related to the daily pace(r'=0.50,P = 0.036;r' = 0.60,P = 0.011).(3)Among the male subjects, the number of cardiovascular risk factors in the high daily pace group was lower than that in the middle and low daily pace groups(P<0.05),and the cardiovascular risk in the middle and low daily pace groups. There was no statistical difference in the number of factors. In the female subjects, there was no significant difference in the number of cardiovascular risk factors between the middle and high daily pace groups. The risk factors for cardiovascular disease in the low daily pace group were higher than those in the daily pace group and the high daily pace. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)There is a correlation between daily pace and cardiovascular risk factors in people over 60 years old, including blood lipids and physical activity levels;(2)The slower the daily pace, the more obvious the cardiovascular risk factors.
