Research On The Academic Atmosphere Construction In The View Of Ideological And Political Education

Study is the duty of students, and the academic atomosphere is an important part ofcollege spirit culture. The academic atomosphere impacts on students’ study directly. Since1999, China’s universities began to expand enrollment, which made the higher educationchange from elite education to mass education. More and more students get the opportunity tostudy, and at the same time, the academic atomosphere presents new features, which bringchallenge to the college education. Currently, the researches on academic atmosphere aremostly in the perspective of university management and other macro-inquiry, whileresearches in the micro perspictive of the ideological and political education are rare. Thisthesis is based on the front and others’ researches. It attempts to give comprehensive andsystematical research on the academic atomosphere in the view of ideological and politicaleducation, and it tries to summarize the existing researches and make breakthrough, whichwill provied theoretical support and practical guidance for college acadmic atomosphereconstruction.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is Introduction, which presents thetopic and the evaluation of existing research results and points out the necessity andpossibility of the research. The second chapter is the Overview of Learning AtmosphereConstruction and Ideological and Political Education. In this chapter, some concepts aredefined, including the relationship among academic atmosphere, ideological and politicalEducation and acadmic atomosphere construction, the active effects of ideological andpolitical education upon ideologicial and political education, the relationship betweenideological and political education and building learning society and so on. Surverys onAcademic Atomosphere and its Construction is presented in the third chapter, and Analysis onAcademic Atomosphere and its Construction is included in the fourth part. In these twochapters, some of the colleges and universities in Shenyang are chosen. To gain the first-handmaterial, several investigtion methods are taken, such as questionnaires and interviews. The material helps to find the problems of academic atmosphere construction, and based on thisstudy, the causes are explored seriously, which are the basis for the countermeasures infollowing part. The last charpter is Implementatioin Path of Academic AtmosphereConstruction in Ideological and Political Education. Based on the first four chapters, it pointsout feasibile and rational path for academic atmosphere construction in the view ofideological and political education.
