When creativity has become more and more important to a nation’s improvement, when creativity has become more and more important to a person’s development, it is quite necessary to study the cultivation of creativity. In this context, this research used correlational study, path analysis and case study to examine the relationship among head teacher interaction, creative classroom atmosphere and creativity in junior high school students. The sample consisted of197students from grade seven and grade eight. The result showed that:(1) head teacher’s CS interaction style has positively affected classroom’s creative atmosphere.(2) head teacher’s CS interaction style and classroom’s creative atmosphere has positively affected junior high school students’ divergent creativity, head teacher’s SO interaction style has negatively affected junior high school students’ creativity, and classroom’s creative atmosphere has a significant intermediation between head teacher’s SO interaction style and junior high school students’ divergent creativity.(3) head teacher’s CS interaction style has positively affected junior high school students’ convergent creativity, head teacher’s OS interaction style has negatively affected junior high school students’ convergent creativity, and classroom’s creative atmosphere has no significant intermediation between head teacher’s interaction style and junior high school students’ convergent creativity.(4) head teacher’s democracy and discipline can build an open creative climate in the class, which can improve students’ creative expression and development.(5) head teacher’s encourage and attention can build a safe creative climate in the class, which can promote students’ creative expression and development.(6) head teacher’s cooperative teaching mode can stimulate students’ creative potential and strengthen students’ creative ability in the teamwork.
