In recent years,the frequency scandals about preschool and kindergarten teachers has caused widespread concern and discussion,which not only undermines public trust in kindergartens and teachers,but also affects the career development and professional identity of many preschool teachers.Innovation is an effective means for human development and progress.It is also an eternal theme of humanity.Talent is the first element and the key driving force for innovation.The first few years of life are the development of decisions and influencing a person's life.They are the critical period for the formation of ideological activity and behavioral habits,and preschool teachers are the key people who have influenced them in this period.Children in this period have a wide range of tastes,strong curiosity,active thinking,liveliness,and imitative strength.These are the phases in which children accept external influences and form personality traits.At this stage,the teaching methods,and perspectives by teachers are considered.Thus,preshcool teachers play an imperceptible role,and even have a profound influence on the children's future life,for rural children,even more important.The overall situation of kindergartens and the quality of preschool teachers in Changsha county,the largest economic aggregate in Hunan Province,would have great effect for the next generation.Studying how to improve the ability of kindergarten preschool teachers in Changsha,how to innovate and improve their innovation behavior has far-reaching strategic significance for early childhood education and is esssential for building new rural and innovative countries.At present,researches on preshool teachers ' creative behavior has also yielded many results and on preshool teachers in rural areas has also increased year by year.The majority of these studies are conducted from a macro perspective to discuss team building,quality requirements,and so on.Individual-oriented researches are tended to be characterized by competence and psychology,and focused on one or more nodes such as talent incentives,innovation motivation,and innovation input.Under the existing research and based on social identity theory and social exchange theory,the author tried to deeply analyze the micro level of individual innovation behavior and explore the rural area of Changsha county from the psychological perspective of individual-level cognition and emotion.The influence mechanism is about regional kindergarten innovation atmosphere,preschool teachers' professional identity,and individual creative behaviors of preschool teachers,and explores whether preschool teachers' professional identity would be affected as a regulated variable when kindergarten innovation atmosphere affects the individual creative behavior of preschool teachers.In this study,based on social identity theory and social exchange theory,a literature analysis method is used to build a model of the relationship between kindergarten innovation atmosphere,professional identity of preschool teachers,and individual creative behavior of preschool teachers.With the questionnaire survey data,factor analysis,variance analysis,and regression were used.Analysis and other research methods are used for data analysis to explore the relationship between kindergarten innovation atmosphere and individual creative behavior of preschool teachers,and to examine the regulatory role of professional identity of preschool teachers.The empirical research shows that:the kindergarten innovation atmosphere is positively related to the individual creative behaviors of preschool teachers;the professional identity of preschool teachers plays a regulatory role in the kindergarten innovation atmosphere and the individual creative behavior of preschool teachers.In addition,through the T test,it shows other demographic variables also affect the professional identity,innovation atmosphere and innovative behavior.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research results,this paper points out the insufficient and provides feasible suggestions for future research.
