The main topic of this article is introducing the construction of the network of direct selling and its social significance and enlightenment for the floating population. Direct selling network patterns seemingly has nothing to do with the floating population, actually otherwise, Marxist philosophy points out that contact is everywhere, the key is how to find the contact and use. Direct selling network building mode can be said to be a very effective way of network building, it is the effective mode of network building, provides experience to the MLM, caused the social panic of pyramid selling. Why don’t use direct selling network model to help the floating population to develop their social support network? Nowadays, the phenomenon of population migration has more and more obvious, a lot of people leave the original living environment to the new life environment to work or study such as to, the people left the original living environment, who can be called the floating population. The people who left the original living environment, came to the new environment would produce a lot of social problems, if these problems not solved, it will have some negative influence on the floating population, these effects include social economic, also include the psychological. These migrants leave the original purpose is to realize the social environment of their upward mobility. But in the new social environment, social support system is in absence. It is hard to get what they want for the floating population. So they need a tool to achieve the goal of upward mobility of the floating population.However, with the development of China’s reforming and opening up in-depth, the dominant factor of the social economic impact on people’s social interaction and social relationships. More and more people are seeking economic satisfaction so that they go out of the original social environment. It has had a bad impact on the relationship between the floating population and their original primary social groups. Generally, the floating population is the people with higher social status in the original social environment, mainly young workforce and students. When the floating population left the existing social environment, the interaction between the groups of primary social environment and the floating population will reduce. It means that the relationship between them fades. The fading relationship between the floating population and the original primary group will lead to the function of social support network to the floating population decline. It will produce certain adverse effect to the floating population in the new environment. The floating population also has a process of gradually adaption in a new environment. At the same time, there also will be a process of acceptance for the new environment to the floating population. In this process, the floating population will gradually set up new social support network. But the new social support network tends to be a relationship of weak links, which is far from the original primary group support network for the floating population.The floating population is mainly workers and students. Student’s population migration is a kind of non-economic purpose, which is not a strong need to the use of social support network work. Population migration of workers will need the support of certain social network to realize their own needs. Working relationship is a kind of more interests on the game. The relationship between each other is hard to be win-win relationship, but more antagonistic and competitive relationship, so it is difficult to support for the floating population. Competitive relationship is a kind of contradictory relations, which will produce some obstacles to the floating population. Win-win relationship is likely to become a relation of mutual support, to establish certain social support network, to promote the development of the floating population in the new environment. What kind of working relationships will become a win-win relationship rather than competition? The direct selling described in this article is a very effective and win-win business relationship. The win-win relationship of direct selling is through effective copy and mutual support to achieve the success of its distributors. Distributors in direct selling can set up their support networks. And through the established network, they can achieve the success of their career.The author thinks that there is a certain relationship between the distributors cultivating mode of direct selling and the way people building their social network in the society. They are both through certain media and ways to exchange with the emotional and physical behavior. The success of direct selling is able to help direct sellers can effectively set up their own market and good social relationships with partners, to create their own social network. Accordingly, direct selling network construction model can help the floating population building up new social networks of itself in the new environment, realizing the development of the floating population and the needs of the sense of belonging.This article attempts to analyze direct selling to illustrate direct selling network building model and its positive significance for the floating population. The article introduces direct selling development process and its interpersonal interactive mode and interactive content in the system. Hoping that can make the reader having some understanding to the interactive mode in direct selling through the introduction to direct selling. This article focuses on the differences between the direct selling network construction and the traditional social network. And through the analysis of the differences, they can improve the way of the construction of the social network of the floating population, build up the social network of itself better in the new environment, realizing their upward mobility.
