The core concept of new curriculum reform focuses on the studentsthemselves and the all-round development of students. With the implementa-tion of the compulsory education of junior high school stage in our country,the quality of school education and the education idea are getting more andmore attention of society, especially in the tests under the baton of juniormiddle school quality education. It has also become a problem in theeducation. Our country, on the basis of student-centered education reform isdynamic, especially related to the classroom management mode in a variety offorms. But the research really focusing on the all-round development ofstudents, paying attention to students’ lifelong development, penetrating thewhole process of students’ learning of classroom management research is veryfew. Therefore, it’s necessary to further systematic research.The study found that class management in middle school faces manyproblems. Including, from point of view, has a student problem behavior inthe classroom difficult to manage, the students’ mental health growth, lack ofguidance, students’ self-management ability insufficiency, the study habits andlearning ability. Teaching point of view, there are teachers of classroomclimate management does not reach the designated position, under thetraditional education teaching thought excessive authority of teachers, lack ofteachers’ classroom management knowledge training.Reflection on the current problems existing in the traditional classroommanagement of junior high school, based on education which growth, student-centered, autonomous learning three theories, study can the classroommanagement strategies are put forward. Primary characteristic is to classroom,classroom management is based on students as the center. Then, the purposeof classroom management is to promote students’ development, and promotethe development of students self ability. And since that classroommanagement strategy around two aspects of teachers team constructionstrategy and student management strategy. Among them, through thedetermination of school-based action plan, the establishment of school-basedlevel training responsibility system, establish effective training mechanism, establish guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism, to build can lead thedevelopment of teacher evaluation system, to build suitable for can theclassroom teachers. On student management countermeasure, pays greatattention to cultivate students’ good can preview, read, questioning,misunderstandings and the expanding ability and habit.The research takes geography classes in Bocai Middle School Attached toHunan Normal University for example. How to build student-centered classes,the discipline characteristic of the classroom management, and the effect ofclassroom management, are analyzed respectively. And it is found that theclass has prompted students to study by themselves greatly. Also there are stillsome deficiencies in student-centered classes.
