From Administration To Specialization:Project Management Research To The Work Of Women’s Federation From The Perspective Of Ecological System Theory

In the new period, Women’s Federation faces the requirement to be a constructive service organization, to change its own work style, and to satisfy the complicate demands of its service objects. In order to realize the transform from administration to specialization, Women’s Federation carries out project operation with social forces. This paper takes Construction Project to Women’s Service-oriented Home in S City as an example, taking the whole project as the observation object, by means of the perspective of ecological system theory, dividing structure of the project operation into three levels. Then it analyses the background, organizational framework and functional exercise of Women’s Federations in S City, respectively, support power of C organization in the assessment and supervision, project service contents and process of social organizations. Revealing the influence of the project to enhance the capacity of model reform in macro level, change concept in meso level and abilities enhance in micro level to present the whole picture of the project. At the same time, proposing the inspiration to the project itself and social work localization with the analysis of the project.
