Study On Management System Building Of Association Union Of Vocational College Students

Student associations is a self service, self managementand self development oriented autonomous organization. As a department connected with student autonomous organization and the groups of students, deserves the attention of relevant functional departments of colleges and universities. In this paper, from the perspective of social governance, by doing a lot of individual case studies, interviews and questionnaire surveys, research the federation of community systems, like the development of society and organization federation, the role and the functionality of community federation, analyze the existing problems and put forward improving actions.
