Materialculture is weak, Yantai college apartment hardware facilities equipped with the lace ofhuman nature, the safety facilities is not perfect, the apartment design is lack ofmodernity, so that it can not very well to create a comfortable, convenient, safe andcomfortable environment for learning life and communication; Spiritual culturewithout order,students and superintendent of apartment are unclear orientation of thedormitory, the emotions more “weak”, also didn’t put the apartment as a “second home”,and confuse to the role of oneself and other stakeholders; System culture is not perfect,lack of scientific, systematic and operability; Students and apartment administratorshave many bad behaviors, for example that the apartment administrators leave withoutauthorization, do private work, have rude attitude, and are not responsible to their work,and students addict network game, resist public duties, have argument with each other,etc. Yantai college apartment culture construction problems are caused by manyreasons.
