Research On The Construction Of Dormitory Culture In Universities For Nationalities

In ethnic colleges,it has become a distincitive feature that minorty and Han students lived together.The dormitories provided a platform for mutual learning and understanding among college students of different nationalities,and increased opportunities for contact among ethnic groups.It is an important carrier for the dissemination and development of excellent cultures of all ethnic groups,enriching the connotation of dormitory culture and promote national unity and harmonious and prosperous development of the nation.It is conducive to the harmonious development of ethnic colleges and universities,and conducive to the development of student learning and physical and mental health.Based on this special background,this research is based on the special situation of the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural culture of the North Minzu University.It is an in-depth study of the dormitory culture formed in the practical process of the common life of ethnic minority and Han students to conduct empirical research.Provide more systematic and effective suggestions for the construction of dormitory culture in ethnic colleges.This article mainly discusses from four aspects.The first part is the introduction to explain the significance and background of the study,the research ideas,the research methods used in this study,and the relevant research results at home and abroad regarding the construction of college student dormitory culture.The second part is an overview of the dormitory culture.First of all,it explains the connotation and characteristics of dormitory culture.Secondly,it analyzes the content and function of the dormitory culture,and concludes the positive influence of the dormitory culture on the ideology,psychology and behavior of the college students.The third part is empirical research.The North Minzu University is a key university that has 56 national teachers and students in the Chinese higher education system.It studies the dormitory culture in the dormitory of the North Minzu University.Through a questionnaire survey,the status quo of the current college dormitory culture construction is detailed.The analysis put forward the problems in the construction of college student dormitory culture and analyzed the reasons.The fourthpart is countermeasure research.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the cultural construction of college students' dormitory and the particularity of the school,the author puts forward some specific and reasonable Suggestions.It is necessary to work hard to build a dormitory culture with ethnic characteristics and an era,and to become talents and inheritance in ethnic areas.Innovating national culture and developing an important front for advanced socialist culture.
