Research On The Construction Of University Apartment Culture

With the further development of socialization reform of college rear service in China,the effects of apartment culture on the apartment construction of college,the enrichment of campus culture,as well as the contribution to the realization of fundamental task that accomplishes morality education in colleges have gradually been prominent.Our party and government also pay more attention to the construction of apartment culture in colleges,from the booming inputs on money and talents etc.to the release of related policies,opinions and notices,and try to guide colleges to create a positive,healthy,harmonious but solemn culture atmosphere and environment in order to provide a favorable environment for students' daily life on study or entertainment.With the development of globalization and network informationization in this new century,more sophisticated situations in this context have been faced when it comes to the construction of apartment culture among college students.To reinforce the construction of this apartment culturefurthermore,this study researches its features,functions,current situations,subject and types or forms,principles and contents,environment and carriers,mechanisms and methods from the perspective of ideological and political education.And main contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper started from basic concepts and stated or analyzed the connotation,characteristics and functions of apartment culture of college students,which aimed to answer what the college apartment culture was itself.On the basis of related literatures and policies review,this study defined apartment culture of college students as:"the total of values,life concepts,behavior styles and mental atmospheres in college apartments that were created and then widely accepted by teachers and undergraduates,as well as other social organizations.This definition revealed the subjects in the process of college apartment culture construction and connotation and denotation of college apartment culture.In order to further understand the construction of college apartment culture,this study stated its features and functions,and the former mainly contained four aspects,including dominance and diversity,normalization and humanism,homogeneity and uniqueness,lifelization and educationalization,while the latter was majorly reflected in the occupation of position of advanced culture,the creation of harmonious atmosphere in apartments,the boost of campus culture construction and the reinforcement of adaption ability of college students.Second,this paper investigated the global situation of apartment culture construction among college students in a practical way.Recently,the construction of apartment culture among undergraduates has made some achievements.For example,the construction system of apartment culture construction among college students has been almost constructed completely,and plenty of outstanding brands about apartment culture construction have been springing up unceasingly,as well as some innovative methods,like virtuality and reality combination.Meanwhile,there still existed some conundrums in the construction process of college apartment culture,including the lack of subjectivity display,being outdated in administration models,pinch of timeliness in practice and misuse and poor validity of virtual platform.The bias of position in construction design,detrimental impact of social transition,negative factors in the course of construction and passive effects of entertainment information in the network,all these limitations resulted in the problems stated before.Third,this research defined the subjects and forms of college apartment culture construction from the aspect of subject construction.According to the actual situations in the construction of college apartment culture,the study classified the subjects as schools,students and social organizations.And based on various statuses and functions of these subjects,it was further divided into four categories,including school dominating,organization dominating,cooperation between schools and organizations,and self-management.Fourth,based on the guide and internal structure of the construction,this paper stipulated principles and contents of apartment culture construction among college students.The guiding principles of college apartment culture construction contained principle of directionality and flexibility being combined,principle of materiality and spirituality being matched,principle of inheritance and innovation being unified,and principle of permanence and effectiveness being stressed equally.From the perspective of culture form,the construction of college apartment culture could be categorized as material culture construction,spiritual culture construction,behavioral culture construction and institutional culture construction.Among these forms,material form,including apartments etc.,was the base,spiritual form,like values,concepts and morals,was the core,behavioral type like activities,actions and habits was the hinge,and the institutional pattern,such as regulations,management and institutions,was the ensurance.Fifth,this article discussed the influencing contexts and main carriers of the apartment culture construction of college students from the view of external effects and carrier forms of the construction.The influencing contexts mainly included policy context in the top,management context in the middle,and democracy context in the grassroots level.The first context provided directive guidance,the next provided favorable organizational guarantee,and the last needed to create an atmosphere that motivated people to join in.According to the detailed presentation of construction practice of apartment culture among undergraduates,the paper divided the carrier into activity carrier,administration carrier and mass media carrier.Finally,this study analyzed the construction mechanisms and means of college apartment culture in the aspect of construction ways.According to various roles those subjects played in the construction process of apartment culture,the article classified the mechanism as guidance mechanism,driving mechanism,coordination mechanism,and safeguard mechanism.In order to motivate the practice course of college apartment culture construction furthermore,the paper also proposed specific approaches,mainly including the combination between systematic planning and phased planning,coordination between physical facilities building and spiritual notions construction,coordinated promotion of subjects' leading role and others'participation,coordinated improvement of nonflexible institutional management and flexible affecting demonstration,and combination between effectivemotivational ways and supervision system.
