Teachers’ personality characteristics, especially as the core member of the wholepersonality of teachers’ personality, to pay attention to the personality shaping themodern education has the profound influence, but also to finish daily task ofeducation is very important. Teachers of different characters make him (her) teachingmethod will be different, also have different teaching methods in different teachingeffect, so the teachers’ personality traits can produce corresponding teaching effectthrough teaching behavior. Of this study was to study the high school sports teachers’personality and teaching effect, the relationship between personality and physicaleducation teachers influence on teaching effect, which will provide a scientific basisfor better to improve the teaching effect.This research USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of research methods, in shunyi district30senior high school physical education teachers as the research object, with Cattell’s16PF Personality test scale and develop sports teaching effect scale qing-mao meng astools, Analyzed the characteristics of PE teachers influence on teaching effect, finallyput forward Suggestions for the improvement of the teaching effect and strategy.The results showed that the characterization of PE teachers in the group of sex,stability, persistence, skeptical, self-discipline, adaptation and anxiety sex,introversion and extroversion was correlated with the teaching effect, the teachingeffect has a significant impact. Embodied in: physical education teachers, the moreoutgoing, enthusiasm lequn, mood more stable and mature, work with perseveranceand tenacity, honest to people but also to have certain wariness, self-discipline isstrong, adapt to the environment is moderate, the teaching effect is good.By studying at the end of the article puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)withdrawn introverted sports teachers should try to communicate with students,constantly improve the passion and vitality, the distance between the gap with thestudents.(2) emotional excitable sports teachers should adjust their own emotions, notto abreact mood to the students.(3) a weak sense of responsibility, perseverance andtenacity is relatively poor physical education teachers should constantly improve workpositive initiative, enhance the sense of responsibility.(4) too close to the students ofphysical education teachers, students and should be appropriate to keep appropriate distance (5) the self-discipline ability is poorer, handle affairs easily lax sportsteachers should adjust their current status, the strict request to oneself.
