In recent years,in order to promote the national fitness,build a strong country in sports,and establish a sense of health,the Chinese government has strengthened its physical education based on youth.Physical education,as an important way of cultivating and shaping talents,not only enhances students' physique,masters and improves basic sports knowledge,techniques and skills,but also includes education to develop students' intelligence,cultivate sentiment,exercise volition,and improve healthy personality.However,there are many problems in current school physical education,such as the inadequate understanding of the value function of physical education,the confusion of physical education management,and the lack of physical education for healthy personality education.In response to these problems,this article focuses on the role of middle school physical education in cultivating students' healthy personality and explores the strategies and methods of middle school physical education teaching to cultivate healthy personality.This article takes the personality cultivation of junior grade one students in Jubao Town,Changling County,Songyuan City as a case to observe and record the changes and formation of the personality of middle school students.The methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other methods were used to conduct comprehensive information collection,and the data were used to conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data to explore how to cultivate students' healthy personality in middle school physical education teaching.Research shows that middle school physical education has a directing and directing effect on the personality of middle school students.In different atmospheres of physical education,students often have different behaviour,and the impartiality of physical education teachers also has a very important impact on students.Besides,schools are places where peer groups gather,and peer groups often have a huge influence on the formation of personality.Middle school physical education can enable middle school students to enhance cognitive ability,learn social norms,improve interpersonal communication,develop personality psychology,improve social adaptability,solve the "self-identity crisis" in the process of youth socialization,and promote the development of "physical-mental-society " three-dimensional health concept,thereby improving the healthy personality of middle school students.At the same time,the cultivation and formation of students' healthy personality are conducive to the teaching order of physical education,the improvement of the quality of physical education and the enhancement of students' comprehensive physical quality.
