Research purposes: This paper aims to study the EMG techniques applied tojump in female athletes, athletes of long jump take-off phase measurement of thetake-off leg muscles showed the main biological electricity, the experimental dataanalysis, not only can practice to provide reference, to help the coaches to developmuscular strength training program for the long jump athletes ahead of the musclestrength. You can also let the teachers to understand the main changes in the take-offstage of muscle, problems needing attention in the co urse teaching and improvestudents’ ability to focus, jumping, master the take-off technique and action points toprovide a theoretical basis.Research methods: MuscleTesierME6000portable16guide EMG (Finlandproduction) of EMG data collection complete live long jump in the process of8malelong jumpers, with Excel, Megawin EMG analysis software and the resulting dataanalysis.Results: jumpers takeoff buffer stage:1, an early start to force muscle vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle, tibialisanterior and gastrocnemius muscle.In2, anterior tibial, femoral head two muscles, rectus femoris and gastrocnemius stopforce earlier.In3, the lateral femoral muscle, medial vastus muscle, the soleus and gastrocnemiuscontinues for a long time in the buffer stage of muscle force.4, the larger muscle muscle work, root mean square amplitude higher values include:the vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior.5, the contribution rate, the contribution rate is relatively large muscle vastus medialis,vastus lateralis muscle, gastrocnemius and musculus glutaeus maximus.In take-off jumpers extension stage:1, an early start to force muscles: the vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle,soleus and tibialis anterior.The end of2, muscle discharge time earlier include: stock two myo, anterior tibial,gastrocnemius and musculus glutaeus maximus.3, the muscle force for longer duration: vastus lateralis, soleus and vastus medialis,rectus femoris.The higher the level of synchronization of4, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis muscle,gastrocnemius and musculus glutaeus maximus discharge.5, the vastus medialis, vastus lateralis muscle, gastrocnemius muscle and the gluteusmaximus muscle, the most contribution rate.Conclusion:1, in the take-off buffer stage, to the vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle, thesoleus and gastrocnemius muscles of the four fast strength training, namely the burstpower exercise, which helps them to improve the performance of long jump.In2, the lateral femoral muscle, medial vastus muscle, the soleus muscle in take-offstretching stage, play a big role, to carry on the fast strength training, musclecoordination of the three muscle exercises, to help athletes improve take-off speed. 3, from the long jump take-off part, should pay attention to the strength training of thevastus lateralis muscle and vastus medialis of the two muscles in future training andteaching, improve students’ ability of take-off and explosive force.4, from the long jump take-off technology action perspective, to muscle movementtiming fully analysis EMG software technology of athletes action of diagnosticanalysis.
