Objective:8man rowing team athletes, Shaanxi Province, the object of study, surfaceEMG analysis software acquisition Finnish production MegaWin6000type8guide therowers on the water full2KM dynamometer instrument fully the2KM test process ismainlyacting muscle EMG, comparative analysis of surface electromyography (iEMG)characteristics of the main acting muscles in the rowing action, research in two differentpull paddle under the conditions of the muscles acting characteristics, revealing the natureof the intrinsic forceand combined with the power, performance, heart rate, blood lactatetest results were studied. For quantitative, accurate monitoring, evaluation of rowingtechnology to provide the scientific reference services for rowing training practice. Methods: Shaanxi eight man rowing team athletes for the ergometer test object todetermine the best stage of the movement of the relative power of four athletes for thewater test object, based on test scores to determine the effect of pull oar, pull paddlepull theoars of the best stage action were analyzed.Conclusion:1The test object in the water and two different ergometer pull the paddle under theconditions of this study, the athletes of different skill levels to the integral EMG (iEMG) asan index obtained relatively good special technical level athletes the main acting musclesintegral musclepower value (iEMG) contribution rate is stable, balanced, indicating that themain acting muscles contribution rate stability, balanced is very important for the receivedgood pull paddle effect, suggesting that attention should be paid to the sports aspects ofmuscular coordination, balanced power capability of the training.2The results of the study show that,Test object in two different pull paddle under theconditions of the water and ergometer, the major acting muscle iEMG value significantlydifferent by the test results shows Dynamometer pull paddle biceps and erector spinaeintegral muscle the power value is significantly higher than in the water to pull the oars inthe whole ergometer acting muscles pull the paddle discharge level is higher than the waterto pull the oars. Prompted to pull the paddle ergometer main acting muscles to raise thenumber of muscle fibers is greater than the water to pull the paddle, the biceps and theerector spinae is the most obvious.3The results of the study show that,Special technical level in the test object is relativelygood athletes pull the oars in the water, the muscle activation time and peak time valuesignificantly more than the the ergometer pull paddle forward, but also between the various muscle activation time interval and the peak the value of interval decreased, indicating thatthe water pull the oar ergometer pull paddle muscles need to quickly activate and quicklyreached its peak, prompted ergometer requires markedly different between the acting of themain acting muscles pull the oars and water pull the oars.4The results of the study show that, in the full pull propeller cycle, the muscle activationsequence in turn is the basic of muscle Vastus medialis-Erector spinae-Latissimus dorsi--the deltoid muscle after the beam-biceps-tibialis anterior muscle, and its peak timing andmuscle activation sequence are basically the same.
