This study mainly understands the changes in muscle movements of upper limbs, trunk and lower limbs in the final stage of exertion at different levels of achievement, and finds differences in muscle and technical movements. It uses surface electromyography instruments and high-speed cameras to test and predict participation. The 16 muscles of the movement were analyzed for the duration of each muscle discharge, the order of discharge, the integral value of myoelectricity, and the contribution rate of each muscle force. After finding out the original hands, the solid ball was mainly used in muscles and techniques, and there was a problem in Guangxi Sports. The college entrance examination project will throw away the solid ball in the hands of the majority of the coaches and students of the technical action optimization training methods and means to provide theoretical basis and practical basis, thereby improving the results of the original hands after throwing the solid ball. This paper mainly analyzes the data obtained from the final training period of the 30 students randomly selected by the four senior high schools in Guigang City through the literature data method, interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The differences in muscle characteristics of students at different levels. The main conclusions of the study:(1)From the activation time: For the three groups of students with different levels of grades, the hands of the hands are thrown into the solid ball, and the activation time of the last stage of the force is known. The overall activation time of the muscles of the first-stage students is higher than that of the students of the second and third levels.Early, and there are significant differences in the diaphragm of the students in the three stages of the diaphragm.(2)From the time of inactivation: From the overall point of view, the students in the three levels of the stage have no significant difference in the inactivation time of the last stage of the ball after the hands are in place, and all the muscles of the lower limbs are first inactivated, and the upper limbs are in the first stage. The last inactivation phenomenon.(3)From the perspective of duration: three groups of students in different levels of performance stage throw the solid ball in the hands of the original hands. The last strength period of the muscles is: the trapezius and the diaphragm;the overall level of the students The time during which the muscle acts on the solid ball is longer than that of the students in the second and third stages, and there is a certain significant difference.(4)From the integral electromyography value: the main muscles in the three different levels are the diaphragm, the pectoralis major and the biceps, and these three levels are in the lateral femoral and gluteus maximus of the lower limb muscles.Significant difference.(5)From the root mean square amplitude: the muscles of the students in the first stage of the level are mainly the whole muscles of the soleus, diaphragm and trapezius muscles and the trunk, while the muscles of the other two groups mainly rely on the upper limbs.Strength, lower limb strength is used less, indicating the importance of lower limb strength in the final exertion phase.
