Human is the most active factor and dominant force of science and technologyprogress and social development. Harmonious development of human itself is not onlythe individual development of human beings, but also urgent need to realize continuousqualitative leaps of the whole society. In China, college students play as an importantpart and crucial group to promote social development, the overall status of theirharmonious development is directly related to the development of our history. Theharmonious development of human should be a sustainable process of the all-roundimplementation of self promotion. Therefore, as main successors of Chinesecharacteristic socialism and an important force of the construction of our motherland,College students nowadays endowed a mission not only to master a great deal ofscientific and cultural knowledge and practical skills, but also hard comprehensivequalities. Non rational factors play as an important part of college students ’comprehensive quality, in-depth study of irrationality and the role of non-rationalfactors in cultivating college students’comprehensive qualities has important theoreticaland practical significance in improving and strengthening the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality.This research stands on a position of Marx doctrine, in reference of research results ofboth domestic and overseas non-rational factors, tried to do a comprehensive andsystematical research about the relationship between current students’integrated quality,non-rational quality training problem, non-rational factors and students’ integratedquality cultivation. From a perspective of the relationship between non-rational factorsand students’ development of integrated quality, to discuss the meaning of non-rationalfactors play in students’integrated quality cultivation. Through the comparison analysis,this research tried to make it clear for the fuzzy awareness on students’ qualitycultivation and key concepts from an angle of non-rational factors, and explore themechanism and path of students’ quality cultivation, reveal the basic laws of collegestudents’ non-rational factors cultivation, to provide theoretical references on thecultivation effects of the improvement of students’integrated qualities.
