The progress of scientific technology and the higher professional education play a vital role in the development of society and economy. What is the relationship between the above two? How should we reform the higher professional education in China to adapt the requirements of the scientific technology? They are the main questions we are going to discuss in this dissertation. It mainly includes the following parts.The first part of introduction. Regarding the paper research's background has carried on the elaboration, and has carried on the summary to this research's present situation, has obtained the achievement is the present paper conducts the research the rationale, the deficiency is the present paper needs to develop and to consummate. Finally, had pointed out the present paper uses research mentality and the innovation place.The second part of advance in technology is the higher professional development power. First, to the advance in technology which and the professional education's concept, the connotation must study have made explicit limits, namely in the narrow higher professional education and the generalized on science and technology and the advance in technology, and has analyzed them respectively in the economic development function. Second, has studied the two's relations from advance in technology's angle.
