Study On The Status And Developing Strategies On The Physical Condition Of Children Of4-5Year-old In Beijing

This paper through the analysis of different factors on the influence of children’s physical condition including kindergartens of different nature and different education level, can learn at present the influence of physical condition of children in Beijing accepting different preschool education. With health education as the background, this paper aims to find out problems of children in their growth and education environment. It is to provide the reference for the kindergarten management according to the different preschool education and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures. Through study on physical situation of children of4-5years old in preschools of Beijing city, it finds the insufficiency and advantages of the Beijing urban4-5years old preschool children in body shape and physical quality, and then analyzes the causes, and to provide material for children’s health education work.This article utilizes the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, field observation, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis to analyze and study4-5years old children’s physical condition in kindergartens of Beijing city of different properties and different level, and the results are as follows:1. The height variation range of4-5years old male children is109.56cm-116.19cm with an increase of6.63cm, while the height variation range of female children is107.81cm-114.75cm with an increase of6.94cm. The weight variation range of4-5years old male children is18.83kg-21.73kg with an increase of2.9kg, while the weight variation range of female children is18.00kg-20.45kg with an increase of2.45kg.2. Among the physical quality test indicators,10meters shuttle run male children7.46s to6.65s, an increase of0.81s, female children7.58s to6.73s, an increase of0.85s; the standing long jump male children92.84cm-110.76cm, an increase of17.92cm, female children90.27cm-107.61cm, an increase of17.34cm; tennis throw far male children5.12m-6.81m, an increase of1.69m, female children4.24m-5.60m, an increase of1.36m; feet continuous jump male children6.30s to5.19s, an increase of1.11s, female children6.22s to5.19s, an increase of1.03s; ZuoWeiTi proneness male children11.53cm-11.84cm, an increase of0.31cm, female children13.39cm-14.48cm, an increase of1.09cm; walk the balance beam male children6.09s to4.20s, an increase of1.89s, female children6.42s to 4.21s, an increase of2.21s.3. In comparison to the body form and physical quality of2010national children, all the index of the4-5years old children in Beijing city is superior.4. There is difference of body shape and physical quality in kindergartens of different kinds. The children in kindergartens of commission of education have advantages in body shape and physical quality. The teachers’ overall quality is higher with better facilities. Kindergartens of state organs have the largest outdoor activity space area, while street kindergartens and private kindergartens needs to be further improved in teachers’ comprehensive quality, facilities, and sports curriculum arrangement.5. The factor of different level of kindergartens has some influence on children’s body shape and physical quality. Level1kind of kindergartens take the superiority in children’s body shape, while the child’s physical quality is superior in no-class kindergartens. Level1kind of kindergartens have teachers of higher overall quality, while the second level kindergartens have largest outdoor activity space area. Low level kindergartens need to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality, facilities and sports curriculum arrangement.This article, through the interview and the investigation results of the survey, summarizes problems and elicit specific countermeasures to kindergarten management for reference.
