A Study Of Grassroots Pollcemen’s Physical Quallty And Health Condition In The Changping Branch Of Beijing Muncipal Public Security Bureau

Beijing, being the political and cultural center of China, plays a very important rolein political and social stability of China.At the same time, driven by its geographic advantages and economic attraction,Beijing has become one of the main target cities of migrant workers to seek venture, whichmakes the actual population reached unprecedented numbers, brings great pressure topublic security. This situation also becomes the main cause of policemen in grassrootspublic security bureau of Beijing being engaged in high intensity, high work load. Theirphysical quality level is low and the health status is worrying.In order to raise the level of policemen’s physical quality and health condition,achieve the requirements of “capital steady is the core of national stability" principle, aswell as achieve the goal of being the most safe city in the world, it is necessary for us tostudy the physical situation and problems of policemen from grassroots of the Beijingmunicipal public security bureau and put forward feasible measures, which is of greatpractical significance to improve the physical quality and health level of grassrootspolicemen, so that they can complete the tasks given by the party and the people.This article conducts methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation,interview, comparison and analysis, quantitative analysis to analyze the current situation ofthe grassroots policemen of Changping branch of the Beijing municipal public securitybureau. The results are as follows1. The basis of Changping branch of the Beijing municipal public security bureaupolice who under the age of40accounted for57.24%, mainly young adults. Bachelordegree or above51.03%, higher education level; Men accounted for98%, can meet thedemand of public security features. Changping branch of police resources reasonableallocation.2.Changping branch of the Beijing municipal public security bureau the physicalquality overall level is low, the grassroots police need to related departments, leading totake effective measures to intervene.3. Due to work pressure leads to the lack of physical exercise are the main reasonfor decline in physical quality.4. Changping branch of the Beijing municipal public security bureau of grassrootspolice body in poor health, disease incidence rate is higher.5. Lack of sleep, work, mental stress, lack of exercise and long-term bad livinghabits such as smoking, high fat diet, seriously affect the Changping branch of the Beijingmunicipal public security bureau police’s health at the local level.
