The Position And Development Of University’s Science And Technology Park In Industry-study-research Cooperation

The education department has ever proposed in National university’s scienceand technology park meeting that Relying on the leading universities to developscience and technology park is the biggest advantages and characteristic ofuniversity’s science and technology park. University’s science and technology parkhas the function of spreading new knowledge and educating new talents. Therefore,developing university’s science and technology park is the reflection of satisfyingscientific innovation demand and pushing forward university’s education revolution.University Science and technology park needs to further strengthen three functions asfollows: collection and transformation of scientific and technological achievement,incubation of high-tech enterprises, the education of innovative and entrepreneurialtalents. It needs to find a philosophy methodology which could help its developmentmost. The industry-study-research cooperation theory is just fit for it.Recording to the domestic and aboard theories on industry-study-research and University Science and technology park, the paper concluded the conditionof concept, theory， position，development on industry-study-research in academia. It finds the defaults of traditional university’s science park and technology park, makes a new position to it with philosophy methodology of industry-study-research cooperation for a steady development. Firstly, the three elementsof university’s Science and technology park are industry, study and research,which are the basis of its building and development. Secondly, on the basis of keeping traditional university’s science and technology park, it proposes newfunctions through combing with the times’ development. Last but not least, after involving in industry-study-research theory, how to make the position of university’s science and technology park is a question deserved to be explored. The innovation of this paper is to discuss that question, and to propose newopinions, which has theoretical and practical meaning to further developmentof university’s science and technology park.
