Since the founding of the relationship between the university and theenterprise has gone through three stages: the first stage, the education of theproletariat, the service of politics, business, the majority of teachers and studentspractical exercise; second stage, from20years ago, some teachers founder of theschool-run enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises. Experienced after aworkout, some companies grow and grow strong, but some failed to extend;germination third phase, universities and industry collaborative innovation stage.Today’s world political and economic changes in the situation brewing thegroundbreaking new pattern of development of science, technology and education,the world is about to enter the era of innovation-intensive. In this context, China’shigh-level university will usher in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.General Secretary Hu Jintao’s speech in Tsinghua University Centennial, the firstcollaborative innovation on the national strategic position. Speech requirements"to actively promote collaborative innovation, guided by institutional innovationand policy projects, to encourage universities and research institutions, andenterprises to develop the depth of cooperation." Therefore, in-depthstudy of collaborative innovation University of Science and Technology Park asthe carrier operating mechanism and other related issues, and comprehensivelyimprove the quality of higher education, colleges and universities to implementinnovative capacity building programs to promote sound and rapid developmentof collaborative innovation, especially the promotion of university-ledcollaborative innovation mechanism and normalization of great significance.The article is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction of thebackground and significance of the article, at Home and Abroad, research ideasand methods; second part is the underlying concept and theoretical basis,Collaborative Innovation, University Science Park and other concepts to makedefined; third section reviews the historical evolution of China’s modern historyof technological development and university functions, the fourth part of theCambridge Science Park, the Stanford Industrial Park and other foreign universityscience park case studies, with the National University Science Park comparativestudy; In the fifth section, in conjunction with the current actual, proposed thedevelopment of recommendations to the National University Science Park.
