Logistics Company is the important part of a University. Inaccordance with the State Council "on further speed up the universitiesrear service socialization reform opinions", the reform of universitylogistics in our country is to implement social. How to plan and guideimplementation socialization goals needs some specific solutions. Afteryears of exploratory research, theoretical research and practicalconstruction of college logistics reform in China have made certainachievements. However, the overall management level is not high;compared with social and school expectations, there are some gaps. Byanalyzing the process of the reform of university logistics, research foundthat human resources management is the main cause of its unexpectedeffectiveness, and the transformation from institution management modeto enterprise management mode is the key solution. The use of modernhuman resources theory and methods of research to analysis, summarizeand put forward improvement measures is necessary for our currentsituation and meet development needs, which need to be discussed forsome managers and academics.This paper uses the characteristics and the current situation of thedevelopment of human resource management of G University LogisticsCompany as its research object. Firstly, this paper uses the methods of literature study and investigation, to introduce the paper’s researchbackground, present research situation at home and abroad, and researchideas, methods, and so on. Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of thedomestic and international human resource management and universitylogistics company’s human resource management theory is studied,which will provide some experience for this research. Thirdly, the presentsituation of human resource management of G University LogisticsCompany is introduced, such as personnel post distribution, sex ratio, agestructure, education level. And by using the questionnaire survey and caseanalysis, the problem and its background reasons within the currentsituation is analyzed. The result shows that there are some problems inmanagement philosophy, management mechanism, organization culture,and management methods, and there are more than two causes of theproblems, such as social history evolution and its management. Fourth, inreference to the experience at home and abroad, combined with thepresent situation of the Logistics Company, based on human resourcemanagement in G University, this paper puts forward some correspondingsuggestions, such as to innovate the concept of human resourcesmanagement, to improve its management mechanism, to strengthen itsculture construction, and to perfect its human resource managementmethods, which provide some new ideas for improving the managementlevel of G University Logistics Company, and solve the bottleneck that current logistics companies face, with some reference value for therelated research and work.
