At the beginning of the ninety’s, a comprehensive quality education to put forwardthe teaching reform of basic education course, the potential to rapidly in primaryand secondary schools throughout the country, then the Ministry of Educationpromulgated and trying out the new "sports and healthy curriculum standard", thecurriculum reform embodies the new educational idea: to establish a student as amain body, to the quality of education as the core, with "health the first" as theguiding ideology, for the purpose of lifelong physical education, to promoteall-round development of students sports curriculum system. New PE coursesystem combining the occupation education "for the purpose of service, take theemployment as the guidance" the guiding principle for running a school, but alsopromoted the comprehensive reform of the secondary occupation school physicaleducation and health curriculum.This paper uses the research method of literature, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics, logic analysis etc. based on the Beijing city before and afterthe part of secondary vocational school sports and health curriculum reform, settingteaching goals, select the teaching content, teaching method and evaluation of theimplementation of the content setting teaching comparative study, understand andanalyze the process of school sports teaching reform achievements, the existingproblems and the future continue to deepen the reform direction, we draw thefollowing conclusions:Before1, the teaching reform in our country for a long time, the influence of examoriented education, physical education teaching in the neglected status, lax inmany secondary vocational schools teaching management of sports, sportsteaching contents cannot adapt to different characteristics of the age, gender,professional needs, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of old single, ignorestudents’ all-round development, seriously affected the physical and mental healthof students.Since2, teaching reform, Beijing city medium occupation school sports teachinghas been improved obviously, the definition of teaching target reference the newcurriculum standard for healthy, consistent with the physical and mentaldevelopment of students; the teaching methods on the basis of the traditionalmethods, the concept of innovation has made many attempts, such as games andgame method, multimedia teaching method so, the organic combination of old andnew methods, has been recognized by the students; gradually to the processevaluation and result of teaching evaluation has been from the results of singleevaluation combined with past changes, for a comprehensive evaluation onstudents’ P.E. achievements, consistent with the guiding ideology of physicalcourse of "health first". 3, Beijing secondary vocational schools in teaching reform has made greatachievements, but there still exist some problems: the part of the school onteaching goal for lack of training to improve students’ vocational ability; coursecontent choice by teaching syllabus, the school site equipment and other factors,the innovation and development of space limit the content. Not fully consider thecharacteristics of vocational education; popularization of the use of high-techtechnology teaching means the degree is not high enough.4, Beijing city medium occupation school sports teaching reform, effects of schoolreform is obvious, the whole design of teaching conforms to the development ofstudents, embody the professional characteristics, it is worth all the secondaryvocational schools as a reference and basis for further deepening the reform ofeducation and teaching.
